We are having an action packed term! Christmas is coming and we have decided to have party night on Wed 17th. As we are having a medal test after Christmas the party will be a little different we will have the usual raffle, and competitions in each class we will also have a fun event this year TBA.
We fully understand that we have a credit crunch and we feel we want all the family to enjoy the last night of term and have fun! Tickets will be on sale from next week dancers £4.00 and spectators, £3.50
As you can see I am keeping the price down as I know we are all feeling the pinch xx
We are going to make it more of a social event and hope you enjoy your evening with us. We will start at 6.00 and finish once you have all had a great evening!

Luke from Italia Conte came and took the squad day and he taught a street dance, which was from X factor, and a freestyle dance. Both were amazing and the dancers held their own. he was very complimentarily to both Myself Sammie and all the dancers, well done JustDance, you did me proud,xx
I am currently negotiating another guest teacher for you all in the Feb half term. We have had Lori Silmon, Joanne Regan, Kurt Mitchel, Luke Bohama to name but a few. I am now looking forward to some street influences after being overwhelmed by the UDO Welsh Street Championships at the weekend, Street Dance is becoming increasingly popular and JustDance will evolve with it.

The Academy is now back in full swing, including an additional
venue in Littlehampton and a new member of staff - Kate Thouless - see
the About page for a picture and some info about Kate!
The competitors are back in the swing - taking part in the West Sussex County Championships - some great results which hopefully we will have posted up here soon. They are all in the run in to Len Goodman's Camber Sands festival at the end of the month.

Thursday 7th August
The Academy is currently on its Summer Break, but Justine is busy
preparing for the September restart - including looking at some cool
JustDance Academy dancewear, and preparing for the opening of a new
venue in Littlehampton.
Congratulations to Casey Allen who is one of the finalists of the Face of FEVA 2008 competition. All of you who subscribe to Feva - get voting!

PARTY NIGHT! Everyone welcome!!
DANCING COMPETITION NIGHT WITH LOADS OF FUN!!
£3.50 a spectator and £4.50 a dancer
Tickets on sale now!!!! I will be at Manor Hall on Thursday and Mileoak
on Wednesday to sell tickets.
THIS IS A TICKET ONLY EVENT WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE ON THE DOOR ALL EVENING
On that night exam certificates and medals will be presented, DISPLAYS,
two competitions for each class will be held, a raffle, solo
demonstrations, and fun parent and child competition. DADS DON’T LET ME
DOWN!!!!!
As there is no bar, you may bring your own refreshments; however all
rubbish must be taken home.
EVEN IF YOU HAVEN’T TAKEN AN EXAM, PLEASE COME ALONG FOR AN EVENING OF
FUN!!
9th July
The last night for medallist dancers will be on the 21st
July, however all competitors will have a squad day on Thursday 25th at Manor
Hall 10.00 am—2.00pm.... with a Guest teacher……………

The school was out at the JustDance Freestyle competition day in Worthing on Sunday 18th. An incredibly busy competition with 492 solo competitors (so just getting a recall was tough!), but we had some fantastic results. See the Results page for details.| The next ISTD exam
session will be held on Saturday 7th June at Manor
Hall School, Southwick. Those taking an exam will be given a
slip in the next few days. Please note to take an exam you will need to wear a leotard or the correct dance/sports wear that has been seen by myself at dance class. You can be refused entry to your exam if your dance wear is incorrect. The examiner needs to see your feet and ankles so make sure your trouser wear is the correct length |
